上海大学教授、博士生导师，教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家杰出青年基金获得者，国家百千万人才。现任省部共建高品质特殊钢冶金与制备国家重点实验室主任；国际磁科学学术委员会委员；长期从事电磁场下冶金和材料制备研究。发表论文近400篇，其中发表在权威学术刊物Acta Materialia、Applied Physical Letters、Scripta Material等上的论文35篇；获得专利40余项；重要国际学术会议上发表大会报告或主题/特邀报告30余次；培养全国百篇优秀博士论文1篇，提名论文2篇；获得省部级科技一等奖励等3项。

Professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai University, distinguished professor of Changjiang scholars of the Ministry of education, winner of national funds for distinguished young youths, one million national talents. At present, he is the director of the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Special Steel, a member of the International Academic Committee of magnetic science. He engaged in the research of metallurgy and material preparation under electromagnetic field for a long time. He has published nearly 400 papers, including 35 papers published in authoritative academic journals such as Acta material, applied physical letters, scripta material, etc.; he has obatined more than 40 patents, published more than 30 conference reports or theme/invited reports in important international academic conferences; he has cultivated 1 student who has won hundred excellent doctoral thesis and 2 students who have been nominated hundred excellent doctoral thesis; he has won 3 awards including the first prize of science and technology at the provincial and ministerial level.
