徐荣军，男，1965年3月生，博士，教授级高级工程师，首席研究员。博士研究生毕业于中国科学院上海冶金研究所，现供职于宝钢中央研究院炼钢技术研究所，长期从事于炼钢特别是连铸工艺和设备领域研究。先后主持国家科研项目3项，宝钢重大专项，14项，重大技术改造项目2项。获省部级以上科技进步一、二等奖4项，宝钢重大科技奖3项。国内外发表论文70余篇，获得中国和PCT专利24项。 E-mail：xurj@baosteel.com。

Xu Rongjun, male, born in March 1965, Ph.D., professor-level senior engineer, chief researcher. He graduated from the Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences and is currently working at the Steelmaking Technology Research Institute of Baosteel Central Research Institute. He has long been engaged in the research of steelmaking, especially continuous casting technology and equipment. He has presided over 3 national scientific research projects, Baosteel major special projects, 14 projects, and 2 major technological transformation projects. He won 4 first and second prizes for scientific and technological progress at the provincial and ministerial level and above, and 3 major science and technology awards for Baosteel.
