陈学思，长春应化所学委会常务副主任，生物医用高分子课题负责人，中国生物材料学会生物医用高分子材料分会主任委员。主持国家科技部“十三五”重点研发计划项目，国家基金委科学中心、重点项目等。已发表研究论文700余篇，被他引2万余次，h因子83；编写《生物医用高分子》专著1部。申请专利300余项,，授权200余项。获省级科技进步奖4项。主要从事生物可降解高分子材料的合成、表征和应用开发。在绿色塑料聚乳酸等产业化，骨折内固定器件、组织工程支架、基因/药物纳米载体等医用材料领域开展研究和开发工作。

Xuesi Chen is the Executive Deputy Director of the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of CAS, head of the Biomedical Polymer Project and Chairman of the Biomedical Polymeric Materials Branch of the Chinese Society for Biomaterials. He has hosted several projects of the Key R&D Program for the 13th Five-Year Plan, and some key projects under the NSFC Scientific Center. He has published more than 700 papers over 20,000 citations and a h-factor of 83, and compiled one book entitled Biomedical Polymer. He has applied for more than 300 patents, over 200 of which were authorized. He has won four prizes for scientific and technological progress at the provincial level. He is dedicated to the synthesis, characterization and application of biodegradable polymeric materials, and has carried out research and development in medical fields like the industrialization of green PLA, fracture inside fixed devices, tissue engineering scaffold and gene/drug nano carriers.
