上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪人才计划。上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院党委书记。上海有色金属学会副理事长,ISO(国际标准学会)TC186技术委员会主席。历任上海交通大学大学材料学院常务副院长、上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院党委书记、上海交通大学云南(大理)研究院院长。中央组织部选派陕西省渭南市临渭区委常委、副区长(挂职)。1985年毕业于上海交通大学,1992年获上海交通大学博士学位,1997~1999年,获韩国政府BRAIN POOL FOLLOWSHIP资助在韩国科学技术研究院工作;2001~2003,获日本政府科技厅与学术振兴会STA (JSPS) FELOWSHIP资助,在日本东北工业技术研究院工作。先后主持及参加多项国家及企业的重大项目与重大课题的立项、评审等工作。负责和参加多项“973”、“863”、国家“十二五”重大专项、国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、面上项目以及国际合作项目。长期与宝钢集团、鞍钢集团、上海电气、国家核电、长春一汽等大型国有企业有深度研究合作。主要研究领域包括:耐热、耐高温合金、高性能新材料的设计、开发与应用;微纳结构高强度材料制备、强韧化机制和力学行为。首次在金属间化合物Fe3Al中首先观察到大晶粒超塑性现象;先后研发出具有高稳定性的及块体亚微米与纳米结构耐热、耐高温属块体材料;具有纳米结构2.5~3GPa高强韧合金钢板材。申请并授权国家专利近20余项,发表论文近200篇,SCI收录100余篇,SCI引用次数1000余次。获国家教委科技进步一等奖一项、上海市科技进步二等奖一项、上海交通大学教学成果特等奖等。


Aidang Shan is Secretary of the Party Committee, professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and enrolled in the New Century Excellent Talent Program of the Ministry of Education. He is Vice Chairman of Nonferrous Metals Society, and Chairman of ISO TC186 Technical Committee. He had served successively as executive Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Director of Yunnan Dali Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He had been appointed as the standing committee and deputy district commander (Temporary Position) in Linwei District, Weinan Municipality, Shanxi Province, by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC. He graduated in 1985 and achieved his doctoral degree in 1992 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively. Supported by the funding of BRAIN POOL FOLLOWSHIP of the South Korea and STA (JSPS) FELOWSHIP, he had worked separately at the KAIST during 1997-1999 and the Northeastern Industrial Technology Institute of Japan during 2001-2003.

He has successively chaired and participated in the proposal and review work of many important programs and projects of the State and enterprises, such as the 973 Program, 863 Program, major national project of the 12th Five-Year Plan, some projects of national natural science foundation of China and other international cooperative projects. He keeps widely cooperated with Baosteel group, Ansteel group, Shanghai electric, SNPTC and Changchun FAW.

His research fields include: the design, development and application of both heat and high-temperature resistant alloy and high-performance new materials, as well as the preparation, strengthening and toughening mechanism, and mechanical behavior of high strength micro-nano structure materials. He was the first to observe the big grain superplasticity phenomenon in the intermetallic compound Fe3Al, and successively developed the highly stable heat and high-temperature resistant block materials with submicro and nano structures, and the 2.5~3GPa high strength and toughness alloy steel plates with nano structures. He has applied for and been authorized nearly 20 State-level patents, and published almost 200 papers over 1000 citations, including 100 SCI papers. He has been awarded one first prize of scientific and technological progress from the State education authorities, one second prize for scientific and technological progress from the shanghai municipality, and one grand prize for teaching results by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
